Our nut flour bread mix is gluten free, low carb and has no added sugars. It's incredibly easy to make, the preparation time is less than 5 minutes and it bakes for 60 minutes. All you add is extra large eggs and full cream yoghurt. Each 250g bag makes one delicious loaf and it is cooked in an oven or, if you are adventurous, try a bread potjie on the open fire!
